Smithers - Della Herman Theatre
Opening night and a great happy crowd. Scott Atchison on guitar, mandolin, resonator guitar and harmony vocals, along with Ian Olmstead on bass, accordion and background vocals – played great and we had many laughs and an all round terrific time. I felt very fortunate to have the support of so many good people- honoured.
Prince Rupert - Tom Rooney Theatre
Yahoo!! Scott and I had a blast ! I love Rupert. Great crowd. The mayor was even out ! The super cool people from Dodge cove and the general vibe was truly fun. Encore time and people were yelling out request fsor old songs and it was truly heartwarming. Thanks Cynthia, Frank and co.
Calgary – Nickelodeon Theatre
Opened for Lennie Gallant and played well despite no sleep. Driving to show we got caught for over 6 hours behind a fatal accident highway shut down and wound up arriving just in time for a soundcheck. Beaten down a bit – took a deep breath and played. It’s hard to be an energy provider when you run out of gas. Banff is beautiful – no doubt. Thanks Vic Bell and the great people of Calgary.
Vancouver – Rogue Folk Club
